Northwind Lake Outpost Camp
Northwind Lake is a fantastic fishery. It's stuffed with scrappy Walleyes, big trophy Northern Pike and Whitefish. Northwind Lake is a good size lake with lots of structure that produces consistent hotspots.
The fishing opportunities do not end there. You can portage to Otter Lake, Hour Glass Lake, Lunker Lake and McNally Lake for big trophy northerns. To the south is a short walk to Vezina Lake where you will find Walleye, Northern Pike and Lake Trout. Hiking time to these lakes ranges from 5 to 50 minutes and there is either a boat or canoe waiting for you.
The cabin is a big clean cabin, which can sleep up to 10 people and is much nicer then most outpost cabins that you will find in the north.
This is an excellent lake for those who are adventurous and like to portage to other remote lakes to hunt down trophy fish.
